Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering
Whether you’re waiting to hop on an attraction, strolling through a land or find yourself directly in front of a restaurant you’d like to try, we want to make it easier for you to order, pay for and pick up fresh food throughout Walt Disney World Resort. All you need is your phone and the My Disney Experience app.
In the My Disney Experience app, Mobile Order allows guests to pre-order and pre-pay for your food at participating Counter Service Restaurants around Disney World. Upon arrival to the restaurant, guests using Mobile Order can then bypass the ordering queue and go straight to a designated Pick Up Counter to get their food.
There are two methods of paying via Mobile Order. Guests may pay with a credit card, or if you are participating with the Disney Dining Plan may use meal and snack credits.
Step-By-Step Instructions for Mobile Order:
Step 1:
Open the My Disney Experience app on your device.
Step 4:
Check out the menu options and start to build your order! You can choose individual categories by selecting the preferred icons, or simply scroll to see all the menu items.
Step 2:
Under the My Plans section of the app, select Order Food. (You will also see the Order Food option if you visit the individual restaurant page of a location offering Mobile Order.)

Select a restaurant from the list of participating locations.
Step 6:
Review your order, which offers you the chance to make adjustments by deleting or changing the number of any items. Once you’re happy with your order, you can view your final total and select Purchase to pay for your order.
Note: A really nice feature of Mobile Order in Disney World is that you aren’t tied to a specific time to pick up your meal. You will be shown a window of time upon purchasing your order.

Grab your food and enjoy! You will receive a notification on where to pickup your order once the screen displays that it is ready.
